  1. 1 cupsabudana (soak over night)
  2. 1/2 cuprice
  3. 4 tbspurad dal
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. As RequiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak sabudana whole night. Next day wash properly and drain the water and grind it.

    Then add urad dal and rice. Again grind it into a fine paste. Transfer to a bowl. The batter should be of thick consistency. Just like dosa batter.

    Now add salt in the batter. Mix...well now the batter is ready. Heat non-stick pan. Pour spoonful batter. Spread evenly.

    Cook both sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate.

    Ready to Serve.
    hot...Sabudana Dosa with Coconut Chutney.
