Pulka roti and green moong dall is a delicious combination served for Lunch box. These pulkas are healthy as they are maid with whole wheat flour.
Cooking Instructions

Mix salt and Whole Wheat flour. Sprinkle water and knead a soft dough. Rest the dough for 10-15 minutes.

Make small marble size balls. Dust some wheat flour. With the help of a rolling pun make rotis.

Heat a Tawa...Cook rotis on both sides, once it slightly puffs...directly place on the burner. Once it puffs well remove and apply butter/ ghee.

Soak green moong dal for 2 hrs. In a pressure cooker add soaked dal, turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, and water, and cook for 3-4 whistles.

In a pan add ghee/oil...add jeera, red chili powder, cinnamon, clove, and Asafoetida, and pour the tempering to the moong dal. Add salt, chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup water and boil well. And switch off.
Pulka and moong dall is ready to serve.
