Cooking Instructions

For Dough - in a bowl add Ata or wheat flour, salt and oil, adding water gently knead to a soft dough, set aside to rest covered for 15 mins

For Filling - boil potatoes in a pressure cooker and drain, peel and mash, add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, Aamchur powder, Chaat Masala, coarsely crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, salt and mash well, filling is ready, set aside

For Paratha - roll out the dough and make a bowl shape in your palm, add 1 Tbsp filling and fold from all sides

Roll out again and make a round shape Paratha

In a tawa heat and add the Paratha, roast and add oil little on sides, flip sides and drizzle again and fry till done

Plate with Dahi, a dollop of butter and green chili and enjoy 😊
