Instant pot potato soup

Cooking Instructions

Sauté butter and onions in instant pot. Add 14 oz chicken broth, salt, pepper and parsley

Put cubed potatoes in steamer basket in the instant pot. Lock lid and set for 4 minutes. When done wait 5 minutes before doing a quick release. Remove the potatoes in the steamer basket

Mix the cornstarch and water. Put on medium sauté setting and add cornstarch mixture stirring constantly. Add cream cheese and shredded cheese and stir until the cheese is melted. Add 14 oz chicken broth and half & half.

Add cooked potatoes back in. Add bacon shredded cheese and green onion to the top of each bowl served
