First time I made haleem in a very huge quantity for today's Dawat. The guests who invited in today's Dawat When the guests ate Haleem, they couldn't believe it I have made this at home so delicious😋😚. My mother was very happy when she heard my praises from everyone❤.
Haleem process is to much lengthy but everyone appreciate❤
An aunty said daughter, you really have a lot of taste in your hands❤These words were a lot for me, these words took away my tiredness of the whole day💖. My In-laws and My Family They Both Are Happy With Me because I Made Very Delicious food with My Love❤. Ingredients

  1. For Korma
  2. 2 kgbeef (boneless)
  3. 1/2 kgoil
  4. 1/2 kgonion (sliced)
  5. 6 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 kgyogurt
  7. 6 tbspred chilli powder (or to taste)
  8. 6 tbspred chilli flakes
  9. 6 tbspcoriander crushed (not powder)
  10. 2 tbspturmeric powder
  11. 2 tbspsalt (or to taste)
  12. 2 tbspgaram masala powder
  13. 2 ltrwater
  14. For lentil
  15. 10-12cinnamon sticks
  16. 5-6bay leaf
  17. 6 tbspTurmeric Powder
  18. Salt (according to your taste)
  19. 1/2 kgbarley (jau)
  20. 1/2 kgwheat (gandum)
  21. 250 gmwhite lentil (mash daal)
  22. 1/2 kgsplit bengal gram (chaana daal)
  23. 250 gmtota rice
  24. 1/2 kgyellow lentil (moong daal)
  25. 1/2red lentil (masoor daal)
  26. 15 ltrwater
  27. For tadka
  28. 1/2 kgoil
  29. 1/2 kgonion
  30. 4 tbspgaram masala powder
  31. Garnishing.
  32. Ginger julienne cut
  33. Green chillies
  34. Chaat masala
  35. Mint leaves
  36. Fried Onion
  37. Lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pot add all lentil, wheat, barley water soaked overnight.

  2. 2

    In a pot add water, turmeric powder, salt, cinnamon sticks,bay leaf mix well and bring it to boil.

    In a pot,add wheat, barley,split bengal gram, white lentil,yellow lentil, rice & water,mix well, bring it to boil, cover & cook on low flame until tender (approx. 2-3 hours).
    Keep stirring between

    In a pot add oil, onion mix well and fry until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic mix well.

  6. 6

    Add yogurt mix well and cook 5-6 mins.

  7. 7

    Add beef mix well and cook until it's colour is change.

  8. 8

    Now add all spices mix well and cook until oil separate.

  9. 9

    Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (approx. 40-45 minutes).

    Turn off the flame & mash well with the help of masher.

    Mash lentil mixture with the help of wooden masher.

    Now add cooked beef gravy,mix well & mash again with the help of masher for 10-12 minutes.

    In the last add red lentil and mix well cook for 12-15 mins.

    Almost 7 hours haleem needs to be cook and do ghotai on medium flame don't raised flame otherwise haleem will stick at the bottom of the pot.

    Now add ginger, green chillies, mint leaves and mix well.

    Prepared Tadka..
    In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,mix well & fry until golden.

    Add garam masala powder & mix well.

    Now add prepared tadka & mix well.
    (Mein nay alag alag tadka lagaya hai means alag alag bowl mein ap ek sath bhi laga saktay hain tadka)

    Garnish with fried onion,ginger,fresh coriander,chaat masala,lemon wedges.

    Serve Hot and Enjoy...!!
