  1. For flour making puri bhatoore
  2. 5small bowl wheat flour
  3. 1 tbspmint powder
  4. 1 bowlcurd
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tbspbaking powder
  7. 1 tbspbaking soda
  8. Water for kneading dough
  9. For chole
  10. 150 gmboiled white chiken peas
  11. 1small bowl onion finely chopped
  12. 1 bowlgrated tomatoes puri
  13. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  14. 1 tbspred chillie powder
  15. 1 tbsphot spices
  16. Salt as per taste
  17. 1 tbspgreen chille paste
  18. 1 tbspginger garlic paste

    For bhatoore....
    Take wheat flour add curd, mint, salt baking powder and soda and oil knead the dough properly and put aside for rest for 15 mins

    For chole...
    Take vessel and heat the oil add green chillie and ginger garlic paste saute it then add all onion tomato purii and and suate til properly cooked add all masala powder mix it properly add chikepeas and let it cooked preperly and ready to serve
