Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgBeef mince
  2. 2 cupsYogurt
  3. 2-3 TbspGinger garlic paste
  4. 1 cupFried onion
  5. 1/2 cupAlmond pistachios paste
  6. Salt
  7. 2 tespChilli powder
  8. 1 tespTurmeric powder
  9. 1 tespCoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tespWhole spices powder
  11. 1 stickCinnamon
  12. 2-3Black cardamom
  13. Cloves5-6
  14. 1/2 tespBlack pepper
  15. Ginger, green chillies and fresh coriander for garnishing
  16. 2Onion 🧅
  17. 4-5Green chilli
  18. 1/2 bunchFresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Follow the method for meat balls.

    Add all ingredients in mince and mix. Make Koftas of medium size.

  3. 3

    Follow the method for gravy. first heat oil then add whole spices and ginger garlic paste then powder spices also add some water and stir continuously.

    Saute well and make a fabulous paste of fried onion and yogurt.

    Now add Koftas in gravy fry, and add white paste again saute. Tilt your pot with any napkin.

    Don't cover it. Keep cooking. After 10 minutes add some coriander and onion paste and little bit water and stir and then cover for 15 minutes.

    Then garnish with coriander and ginger and serve.
