Cooking Instructions

Chop all the veggies. Today I have used potato flakes instead of potatoes. It tasted the same. pressure cook all the veggies in a pressure cooker

Heat deep pan. Add oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add chopped onion, and saute. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute well. Now add chopped tomatoes. Saute.

Now add cooked veggies. Add turmeric powder, chilli red powder, and pav bhaji masala. Mix well. Now add some salt and butter. Cook for 10 minutes.

Taste it, and if needed add pav bhaji masala. cook well. Heat a pan and apply butter on the pav. Roast it well and serve hot with chopped onion and lemon.
