Ingredients

  1. 100 gmkaronda
  2. 50 gmgreen chillies
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tspmustard seeds
  6. 1/2carom seeds
  7. 1/2fenugreek seeds
  8. 1 tspfennel powder
  9. 1/2 tbspcumin powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  12. 1/2ttsp garam masala powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash both karonda and green chillies then completely dry them with a cloth. Cut the karonda and green chillies into two parts.
    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,carom seeds,cumin and fenugreek seeds.

    Saute them for 30 seconds,then add coriander and turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Mix and cook for 1 minute on low flame.

    Add koronda and green chillies, add salt mix it we'll.

    Cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes then open it and check the koronda turn soft.

    It had done.turn off the flame. Transferin a plate allow to cool it completely. Place into an air tight jar and keep in fridge. It's shelf life is 5-6 days. Enjoy this pickle with any meal.
