Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 people
  1. 250 gmscooked rice,
  2. 2-3 tablespoonsoil
  3. 2medium onions finely chopped
  4. 2medium tomatoes finely chopped
  5. Ginger garlic chilli paste
  6. Haldi, garam masala, lal masala, dhaniya powder
  7. Rye, jeera, curry leaves, hing
  8. Soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar
  9. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai, add rye, jeera, curry leaves, hing. Let it sputter. Add the chilli garlic ginger paste and cook.

    Add onions and saute till golden. Add tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes have reduced the water.

    Add the masalas and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the cooked rice and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add the sauces and vinegar and mix well. Add salt and mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
