Ingredients

35 minutes
20 no ladoo
  1. 3 tbspghee
  2. 1 cupfinger millet flour
  3. 1/4 cuproasted and coursly grinded groundnut powder
  4. 1/4 cupdesiccated coconut powder
  5. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1/4 tspnutmeg powder
  7. 1 cupchopped jaggery
  8. 1/4 cupwater
  9. 1 tbspchopped pistachios
  10. 1 tbspchopped cashew nuts
  11. 1 tbspchopped almonds
  12. 👉 For Garnishing :--
  13. Silver varkh as per required

Cooking Instructions

    First of all add groundnut in a pan and dry roast them on low flame. Then cool these peanuts and remove their skins, add them to the mixer jar and coarsly grind them.

    Now heat ghee in a pan, add finger millet flour to it and fry it for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly with a spoon on low flame until the color changes and the flour starts to smell fragrant.

    Now take out the roasted finger millet flour in a bowl and add coarsly crushed groundnut powder, desiccated coconut powder, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder to it and mix well.

    Then add chopped jaggery to a pan, add water to it and cook it by stirring constantly with a spoon on low gas flame. Now when the jaggery melts and bubbles start coming, turn off the gas flame and cool it slightly.

    Now add jaggery syrup little by little to the finger millet flour mixture and mix with a spoon. Then add chopped pistachios, chopped cashews and chopped almonds and mix well.

    Then make fast ladoo only when this mixture is hot. Roll all the ladoos in this way.

    Now our very healthy and delicious Ragu Ladoo is ready for serve. Serve this ladoo with silver varkh on top. Offer Ganpati bappa bhog prasad.
