Ingredients

  1. 1small bowl wheat flour
  2. 1/2small bowl gond (acacia gum)
  3. 3-4 tspghee
  4. 1 bowljaggery
  5. 3 tspcoconut flakes
  6. 1 tspnutmeg and cardamom powder
  7. 1 tspganthola powder (pipramul powder)
  8. 1 tspginger powder
  9. 3 tspdryfruit flakes

    Take ghee in a thick bottomed vessel and fry the gond in it. Take it out in a plate.

    Add wheat flour to the same ghee and roast it. When the aroma of roasted flour comes, add fried gond and coconut flakes and turn off the gas.

    After turning off the gas,add jaggery, cardamom and nutmeg powder, ginger powder and ganthola powder and mix well.

    Spread in a greased plate. Put some chopped dry fruits and press gently with the help of hand and cut into pieces after 5 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
