Ingredients

  1. 80 groat flakes
  2. 200 grfruit pudding (plums and cinnamon)
  3. 100 mlmilk
  4. 1 tbspschia seeds
  5. Blue berries
  6. 1 tsphoney
  7. 1 table spoonalmond flakes

Cooking Instructions

    In a jar, first put the oatflakes, chia seeds, and the fruit pudding.

    Mix it well, and then put in about 80ml to 100ml milk and mix it again.

    On top, cut some blueberries in half, add the 1 tablespoon of almond flakes and some honey.

    Let it sit on the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
