作り方

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C (325 degrees F)

Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and blend well
- 3
Drop by teaspoon, 4 cm apart, onto cookie sheet.

Flatten with a glass, dipped in sugar.

Bake 14 to 16 minutes, until lightly browned. Cook on rack.
コツ・ポイント
Don't flatten the cookies too much --- about 5 mm.
