Ingredients

  1. 200 gchicken
  2. 1/2onion
  3. 2green pepper
  4. 1red pepper
  5. 3 tablespoonsketchup
  6. 3 tablespoonssugar
  7. 2 tablespoonsvineger
  8. 1 teaspoonsoysauce
  9. 1 teaspoonpotato starch

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all seasonings, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, soysauce in a bowl. Mix it well. Add potate starch in it.

    Slice onion into small pieces. Cut the green peppers and the red pepper into bite sized pieces.

    Heat the oil and fry the chicken well until brown. Add sliced onion and fry together.

    Pour mixed ketchup on the chicken and mix together.
