Sachi’s Coconut Cookies

This is my daughter Sachi’s recipe. To be precise, this is the recipe that she learned at her school many years ago. I loved these cookies, so I asked her to write down the recipe in my recipe book, which will belong to her one day. There are many Coconut Cookie recipes out there, but I think this is the best one.

In a bowl, mix softened Butter and Sugar together until smooth, then add Egg and mix well until light and fluffy.
- 3
Add SR Flour and Coconut and combine.
- 4

Starbucks Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Starbucks Cookies and Cream Cheesecake
I tried this because I wanted to make my favorite Starbucks cookies and cream cheesecake. Something is different about Starbucks cheesecake compared to regular cheesecakes! After trial and error, I was able to create it.I'd like for those of you who love this cheesecake to give it a try! Let me know what you think! If you finely grind the cookies sprinkled for the crust and on top, it'll closely resemble the real thing, but it's also delicious if they have a chunky texture too! When you bake the cheesecake in water bath, use a pan with a non-removable bottom, place something high beneath the pan so it will not submerge under water, or just cover the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil, to prevent the hot water from seeping in. 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies
These peanut butter cookies are amazing! I think these are better than my other recipe. They are soft and chewy. Tip: bang cookie tray on counter 3 times and let them cool Halfway. Do not eat them straight away because they won't have as much depth in flavor. The cookies are best eaten slightly warm. Enjoy :)Makes 16 cookies. I put 8 servings because your going to want more than one ;p Debren -

Crunchy Nuts Almond Snowball Cookies Crunchy Nuts Almond Snowball Cookies
I love snowball cookies with almonds inside, and so the amount of almonds I added to the cookie gradually escalated. I finally reached a point where the almonds wouldn't fit anymore. The slight sweetness of the powdered sugar and almonds tastes delicious. There are a lot of almonds mixed in so the dough is prone to crumbling while shaping. Squeeze the dough tightly with your fingers. The salt content of the butter differs depending on the brand, so whenever you use salted butter, and also when you think the almonds taste too salty, wipe off the salt with a kitchen towel.
