  1. 2Alphonso Mangoes for pulp
  2. 1Alphonso Mango dices
  3. 300 mlcold milk
  4. 4 tspsugar
  5. 6 scoopsmango ice cream
  6. 4 tspsoaked sabja seeds
  7. 4 tspcolorful tutti frutti
  8. 2red cherries
  9. 4 tspchopped mix dryfruits - almonds, cashews, and pistachios
  10. 2 tspraisins - kismis
  11. 1/2 tspcardamom nutmeg powder

Cooking Instructions

No cooking prep. time 15 minutes

    Cut Alphonso Mangoes in cubes. Add in a mixing jar or in a blender. Make a smooth puree. Add milk, sugar, cardamom, and nutmeg powder and blend it again.

    Take 2 glasses of your choice. Add sabja seeds in each glass. Add 4 tsp mango dices in both glasses. Pour mango milk shake on it.

    Put 3 scoops of mango ice cream on it. Garnish with dryfruits, kismis, and tutti frutti, sabja seeds, and cherry. Enjoy..
