My kids ask me to make this all the time!Some notes: You can make this with dried pasta but the sauce will mix better with fresh. You can use sliced bacon but if you want something more authentic, use block bacon. Also, you substitute heavy cream for the milk for more richness, and the honey for sugar if you prefer.
