Cooking Instructions

Chop boneless chicken in small cubes.
In a mixing bowl add all spices mentioned above.
Add curd and egg and mix it well. - 2
Then add chicken pieces into the mixture and mix it well.
Keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes. - 3
In a plate take all-purpose flour and corn flour.
Dip chicken pieces into the flour. - 4
Let all chicken pieces coat well into the mixture.
Then fry chicken pieces in oil medium high flame. - 5
And serve hot as a starter.
