Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsboneless chicken
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbspfinely chopped curry leaves
  5. 1/2 TSPturmeric powder
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 TSPblack pepper powder
  8. 1/2 TSPgaram masala
  9. 1/2lemon juice
  10. 2 tbspcurd
  11. 1egg
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. For coating
  14. 2 tbspall-purpose flour
  15. 1 tbspcorn flour
  16. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop boneless chicken in small cubes.
    In a mixing bowl add all spices mentioned above.
    Add curd and egg and mix it well.

    Then add chicken pieces into the mixture and mix it well.
    Keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.

    In a plate take all-purpose flour and corn flour.
    Dip chicken pieces into the flour.

    Let all chicken pieces coat well into the mixture.
    Then fry chicken pieces in oil medium high flame.

    And serve hot as a starter.
