At first, take poha in a strainer. Rinse and drain water and keep aside. Heat a kadhai. Add oil let it heat. Add mustard seeds and turmeric powder. Stir it.

Add curry leaves and green chilli. Saute it till few seconds. Add capsicum and cook till turn soft. Add tomato and mix it.

Add salt and cook till turn mashy. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, garam masala and black salt. Mix well. Add poha and mix well.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and mix everything well.

Poha is ready now. Take it out in a plate. Serve hot and enjoy.... 😋😋
