Green gram & Urad dal dosa
Cooking Instructions

Clean all the dal and soaked green moong dal into water. In another bowl add urad dal,split moong dal and add methi seeds together and soaked into water for 5-6 hours.
Then remove the water transfer all dal in grinding jar add ginger,green chillies, salt,cumin seeds and grind them by adding little water. Make a smooth paste. - 2
In another bowl take grated carrot, chopped onion, green Chilli and coriander leaves,add salt and Chilli flakes. Mix together and keep aside.

Transfer the batter in a bowl.add baking soda and some water. Mix very well and make a pouring consistency batter.

Take the dosa pan and heat up on medium flame then turn the flame low. Take a ladle full of batter and pour it in the center of the pan.
Start spreading the batter by moving your ladle in circular motion in one direction and spreading the batter until the batter is well spread. Try to spread it as thin as possible.
Now turn the flame medium let the dosa cook for few minutes until the bottom starts appearing golden brown. Now add filling on one side. - 5
Once the bottom starts appearing brown, scrape the sides using a spatula and release the dosa from the pan. Then fold it from one side and transfer in a plate. Make all the dosa.
Served it with coconut chutney.
