Ingredients

15 pieces
  1. 1/2 cupmaida
  2. 1/2 cuprava small
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 tsp ghee
  5. Water to knead
  6. For filling
  7. 2 tsprava small
  8. 1 tsppoppy seeds
  9. 2 tspdry fruit powder
  10. 1 tspghee
  11. 1 tspcardamom powder
  12. 4 tspcoconut grated
  13. 2 tsppowder sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee roast rava, coconut and poppy seeds till nice golden colour off the flame cool it then add sugar powder, cardmum powder and dryfruit powder combine everything well.

    In a bowl add maida,rava,salt and ghee mix it then add water to prepare semi soft dough, cover and keep aside for an hour.

    Take the dough and knead again and make a small equal balls, roll the ball to small poori fill the stuffing apply milk to edges and seal it well, cut the edges with cutter.

    Prepare all the karanji,heat oil and fry the karanji to a nice golden colour, fry all karanji.

    Mini karanji is ready to enjoy/ serve.
