Ingredients

  1. 2 cupchopped fresh methi leaves
  2. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 2 tbspgrams flour
  4. 1 tbsprice flour
  5. 1 tbspred chill powder
  6. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tbsp cumin powder
  8. 1/4carom seeds
  9. 1/4 tbsphing powder
  10. 2 tbsp oil
  11. 1:2 tbsp salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First of wash fenugreek leaves and chopped it,take one bowl add all flours and add chopped methi leaves.add all spices,salt and mix it.

    Add water oil and water and make tight dough rest it for 10 minutes.,take one small dough and round it and make a Thepala

  3. 3

    Heat a tawa add Thepala and bake it spread oil and bake both side.ready your methi Thepala serve it with curd and Shejwan chatani.Enjoy
