First of wash fenugreek leaves and chopped it,take one bowl add all flours and add chopped methi leaves.add all spices,salt and mix it.

Add water oil and water and make tight dough rest it for 10 minutes.,take one small dough and round it and make a Thepala

Heat a tawa add Thepala and bake it spread oil and bake both side.ready your methi Thepala serve it with curd and Shejwan chatani.Enjoy
