Cooking Instructions

So first we will mix besan and rice flour and add water and mix
Now add curd to it
Now add crushed ginger chilies to it. - 2
Now add all the spices to it
Now add sugar and mix everything well.
Now add 1 table spoon of oil to the pan and heat it, then add cumin seeds and sesame seeds, then add asafoetida and add crushed roasted peanuts and saute for 1 minute. - 3
Now we will add the mixture made in it
Now keep stirring it on medium flame till it thickens. - 4
Now add chopped coriander to it
Now put oil in a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds in it
Now add it and let it cool for 30 minutes
Now we will apply oil in the knife and cut - 5
Now add oil to the pan and let the kothimbir vadi cook on one side for 2.3 minutes and then flip and cook on the other side.

This is how your kothimbir vadi is prepared, now we will serve it with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
