Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 cupsoya flour
  2. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. 1Potato 🥔
  4. 1Tomato 🍅
  5. 1Onion 🧅
  6. 1 inchGinger 🫚 piece
  7. 1-2Green /red chili
  8. 1 tbspKasoori methi
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  10. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  11. Salt 🧂 to taste
  12. 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  13. 1 tspKalonji
  14. 2 tspSesame seeds
  15. 1 tbspoil / ghee
  16. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind fine paste potato 🥔 onion 🧅 tomato 🍅 green chili 🌶️ & ginger in mixer & keep aside

    In a big bowl take soya & wheat flour + ground paste + all spices & ghee / oil

  3. 3

    Knead hard flour & make equal size ball & roll it like poori with rolling pin. Heat oil in a pan & fry poories in medium heat oil

  4. 4

    You can see in pic both side in golden color. Enjoy with aamras & pickle. You can make masala chapati / paratha 🫓 also

  5. 5

    Even you can enjoy with masala chai try it & enjoy masala poori
