Ingredients

  1. 250 gmwheat flour
  2. 100 gmbura
  3. 1 tbspgreen cardomom powder
  4. 150 gmmilk
  5. 4 tbspghee
  6. 1 teaspoonBadam flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly make a soft dough of wheat flour by adding milk and ghee in it.

    Now take a pan put it over flame then make a thick rot over rolling board and Cook it over pan from both the sides till it gets golden.

    Now crush it fine from hands when it gets cool.Then add bura and ghee to make ladoo.

    Garnish it with badam flakes and serve it.
