  1. 1 cupmedium sooji
  2. 1medium size onion chopped
  3. Ginger chopped
  4. 3-4curry leaves
  5. 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  6. 1 tablespooncumin
  7. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak sooji for 5 minutes and grind it smooth paste.

    For tempering, heat the kadai add oil add mustard seeds,cumin, ginger, greenchilli,onion and curry leaves fry it well.

    Now transfer it to batter and add turmeric,salt mix it well.

  4. 4

    Now heat the pan, add oil pour the batter and cook both sides. Bun rava dosa is ready to serve with hot.
