Cooking Instructions

Take a big vessel,add besan and wheat flour.keep aside.

Take two potatoes, peel out the skin, grate and keep aside. Finely chop onion, curry leaves, and coriander leaves.

Keep a kadai on medium flame,add onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, saute onion turns transparent,add grated potato,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala and salt. Mix well for five minutes.

Add the cooked veggies into the besan vessel, sprinkle some water. Mix it well with your hands. Besan Cheela dough is ready.

Keep a dosa tawa on low heat. Take a handful of dough, spread on the tawa, turn the heat high. Once it cook well, turn other side, cook for few minutes. Remove from dosa tawa. Now tasty cheela is ready.

Transfer the cheela to a serving plate. Tasty and soft besan veggi cheela is ready to serve. Enjoy with green chutney or any other chutney.
