    Rinse avocado seeds well,use a table spoon to scrape off scaly part,pat it dry

    Next,use a vegetable grater to grate it to piwder

  3. 3

    Also, measure 1tbs if the powder into a mug,boil thecwater

  4. 4

    Now,when water boils, remove from heat pour into mug of seed Powder,let it steep 5-10 mins

  5. 5

    Strain into a mug,add honey,stir well

  6. 6

    Stay healthy ❤️ it can make you sleep well among others
