Cooking Instructions

Make ingredients and spices ready. Chop the veggies in a chopper except onion.. Grate the ginger and garlic.

Sieve the jowar flour in a mixing bowl. add chopped vegetables,all spices, Ginger garlic and ghee. Mix everything well and give rest for 5-7 minutes to release the vegetable moisture in the flour. After that knead the dough with the required water. Make Equal portions from the dough.

Now roll the Bhakri with the help of dry Jowar flour. Then give the shape with a round tin lid.

Heat the tawa and roast the Bhakri on a slow flame by pressing. Let it cool on a wire rack, make all Bhakri with the same procedure. Bhakris are done 👍🏻

Now make Raita.. take a yoghurt in a mixing bowl. Grate the cucumber and carrot. Chop the chilli and coriander. Make everything ready.

Beat the yoghurt to smooth. Add grated cucumber, carrot, chilli, coriander and all the spices. Mix well. Lastly sprinkle chilli powder. Yummy Raita is ready.

Serving Time... Add jowar Bhakri in a serving thali. Along with the raita bowl with ghee added jaggery.. Enjoy the Yummy and nutritious platter..
