Ingredients

20 minutes
2 peoples
  1. 5-6Kesar mango gotli
  2. 1small bowl curd
  3. 1 small bowl mango pulp
  4. 1 table spoon besan
  5. 2 green chilli
  6. 1 piece ginger
  7. 1 table spoon coriander leaves
  8. 7 to 8 curry leaves
  9. 1 spoon oil
  10. 2 spoon ghee
  11. 1 tea spoon cumin seeds
  12. 1 tea asofoetida
  13. 1 dry chili
  14. 2cloves
  15. 1 piececinnamon
  16. 1bay leaf
  17. 1 tea spoon red chili powder
  18. 1 spoon jaggery
  19. 1/ 2 spoon salt

Cooking Instructions

    First take mango gotlies, (after mango pulp taken) rub in water then add curd, mango pulp,besan crushed by blender. Fajeto better is ready.

    Now take big vessel put oil add,mustard seeds and cumin seeds crackle
    then add,ghee, dry chilli, bey leaf, cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves, asofoetida saute. Now add fajeto better boiled 5 minutes within add salt and jaggery.

    Delicious and tasty Fajeto garnish with coriander leaves and red chili powder. Enjoy with rice/ Roti. You can drink separately. Light meals for diet plan.
