Cooking Instructions

First take mango gotlies, (after mango pulp taken) rub in water then add curd, mango pulp,besan crushed by blender. Fajeto better is ready.

Now take big vessel put oil add,mustard seeds and cumin seeds crackle
then add,ghee, dry chilli, bey leaf, cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves, asofoetida saute. Now add fajeto better boiled 5 minutes within add salt and jaggery. - 3
Delicious and tasty Fajeto garnish with coriander leaves and red chili powder. Enjoy with rice/ Roti. You can drink separately. Light meals for diet plan.
