Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupsGram flour
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  4. 2onions
  5. 1potato
  6. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspCoriander seeds powder
  8. 1/4 tspCumin seeds powder
  9. 1/4 tspChaat Masala
  10. 1/2 tspcoriander seeds crushed
  11. 1/4 cupCooking Oil for deep frying
  12. 2 tbsp Mint Chutney
  13. 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel, Wash and chop onion and separate its layers as shown in pic.. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

    Keep aside for 15 minutes till onion potato releases some water and mixes well with its own water.

    Add gram flour and Mix it with chopped and separated onion layers and potato in gram flour..

    Heat oil in a wok. Add 1 tb sp mixture and make pakoras. Likewise make all the pakoras

    Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
