Aromatic Coriander Chicken Curry
This is a thick and aromatic curry, not particularly spicy, but fresh and tasty!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Gather your ingredients and dice the onion and garlic. I like to measure out the spices into bowls and cube the chicken at this point too
- 2
Grate your fresh ginger into a pulp. Love the smell of freshly grated ginger!
- 3
then fry the onion, garlic and ginger on a medium heat until they start to brown.
- 4
When the onion has nicely browned, lower the heat and add the cinnamon stick, bay leaf and all the spices except curry powder, then add the canned tomatoes and simmer for 10 mins
- 5
While your sauce is simmering, pan fry your chicken with some olive oil and sprinkle on the curry powder. This spice is optional and gives a little more kick to the dish.
- 6
When cooked through and browned, add your chicken to the tomato sauce mix and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. A minute before you're done, remove the cinnamon stick and bay leaf, and then throw in your diced fresh tomato
- 7
Serve over fresh jasmine rice if you have it, and sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro/coriander

Turkey Curry Turkey Curry
There are many types of curry for all tastes - mild, spicy, very spicy, and impossibly spicy. Thai curry, korma curry, Japanese curry, tandoori.... The properties of curry depend on the blend and the proportions of the different spices in each one.During my first year at university, I lived in a house with a Hindu woman who taught me how to make curry in various ways. Madras curry is the one my family likes the most. Its properties make it pair very well with tomato, coconut milk, and yogurt. I made this version yesterday - it's an easy and quick curry with sensational flavor and textures. BeckyTranslated from Cookpad Spain -
Keema Curry Keema Curry
I love eating curry during the hot summer. I've been eating normal curry recently, but I wanted to try different one, so I made keema curry. This is my original recipe! The extra curry powder balances out the flavor of the tomatoes for a delicious, vegetable-packed curry. Adjust the amount of curry powder, and salt and pepper while tasting. That's the key. For 3 ~ 4 servings. Recipe by rira cookpad.japan -

Butter Keema Curry (Ground Chicken and Spices) Butter Keema Curry (Ground Chicken and Spices)
A chef at an Indian restaurant said to me, "It's impossible for the Japanese to cook Indian cuisine." That made me want to try cooking Indian cuisine.I added a lot of tomatoes and ketchup until the curry became red. They added tartness to the dish. I want to go to India and have a cooking match with this dish. I have a lot of confidence in the flavors here, so I hope you'll give the recipe a try.Mince garlic, ginger, and onion into the same size as ground meat. The curry's spiciness is about the same as ready-made spicy curry roux. Adjust the spiciness with hot peppers and cayenne power (this is really spicy).Chicken stock granules contains salt, so if the dish too salty, adjust the amount of salt accordingly. For 6-10 servings. Recipe by Burijitto cookpad.japan -
Authentic Indian Curry Authentic Indian Curry
I perfected this recipe after frequenting an authentic Indian curry restaurant.Modify the spiciness of this dish by altering the amount of chili power. 1 tablespoon should give you a medium-hot dish. There should be enough liquid from the tomato, but if not add in water as needed. The tomato should provide enough liquid. I made chicken curry (one of my favorites) in a very short time with canned tomatoes. Our family's secret seasoning combination is 1 teaspoon each of Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce and ketchup.Sautéed onion releases juices, so 200 ml of water should be enough.I like chicken breast better than thigh meat because it is healthy and it does not melt away.Even people who do not like tomatoes will like this curry.
