Ingredients

30 minutes
5 servings
  1. afang leaf plenty
  2. water leaf 4 bundles
  3. assorted meats
  4. 1 cupperiwinkle
  5. 1 cupprawns
  6. 1 cupgrounded crayfish
  7. 10 piecesshelled snails
  8. 10 piecesyellow pepper
  9. to tasteseasalt
  10. palm oil Half bottle
  11. halfcup of achi for thicking the soup
  12. 1big purple onoin
  13. 5 piecescow skin
  14. stock fish
  15. black smoked fish

Cooking Instructions

    Slice and blend the afang leaf with crayfish and yellow pepper

  2. 2

    Wash all the assorted meats,cow skin and stock fish put in a pot and add water seasoning and salt cover and put on heat

  3. 3

    When the meats are tender add the prawns, periwinkle, black smoked fish and snails to the meats

  4. 4

    On a separate pot preheat the pot,pull the palm oil and bleach a little and the onions and fry a bit then add the stock and all the meats

    Cover and allow to cook for few minutes

    Add the achi soup thickner as well

  7. 7

    Add the shredded water Leaf

  8. 8

    Lastly add the afang leaf and cover cook a few minutes and stir your yummy afang soup is read to eat

Nice but not exactly it. Typical Afang soup has a different face from this. But ingredient are up to par.
