Reduce the heat and keep whisking until its thick, almost like Carmel. Make sure you taste. you may want it sweeter or more thicker.

Get out a deep baking pan, lace with butter. Rub it in good. Once you have that done, dump your potatoes in, evenly spreading them. Take your sauce and pour it over the potatoes. Now a layer of brown sugar. cover with foil. Place in oven on 250ish for about 45 minutes
