Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcurd/buttermilk
  2. 2-3 tspbesan/gram flour
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tspmetthi seeds
  7. 1 pinchhing
  8. 1 tspgrated ginger
  9. 5-6curry leaves
  10. 1/2 bowlboondi/pakora
  11. 1dry red chilli
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Add curd/buttermilk,besan,salt in a mixing bowl and whisk.

    Add water and mix with a balloon whisk.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadhai add hing and metthi seeds when crackle add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder and saute for 1-2 minutes.add buttermilk and mix well.

    Keep the flame on los,and boiled it.add boondi /pakora mix well.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan add red chilli,curry leaves and grated ginger when crackle pour it in the kadhi.

    Serve with rice/roti.
