Ingredients

  1. 250 GMBeasan
  2. 2 tbsoil
  3. Halfts salt
  4. Halftsp red chilly powder
  5. Halfts tarmric powder
  6. Halftsp aamchur powder
  7. Halftsp dhaniya powder
  8. Halftbsp jeera
  9. 1 tbskasturi methi
  10. 2onions chopped
  11. 9,10garlic
  12. 1 inchadrak ka thukda chopped
  13. 3Tomatos chopped
  14. 1 pinchhing

Cooking Instructions

    Ek bartan me Beasan le.

    Phir masale add karein.

  3. 3

    Pani mila kar tight dough bana le

  4. 4

    Gas on karein 2 Glass water add karein or boil hone ke liye rakh de.

    Phir Beasan ke loi le or lamba lamba hath se roll karein aur pani me dal de aur 10 mint ke liye boil

    Jab gal jaye to gas band karein or nikal le barten me.

    Pani ko rahein Sabzi me use karne ke liye.

    Onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, tomatoes, sab ko chopped karein.

    Gas on karein us Par cooker rakhein oil add karein jeera and hig dale.

    Garlic add karein bhun jaye to onions, ginjer add karein or bhune.

  11. 11

    Then tomatoes and green chili add karein or bhune.

    Then masale add karein or bhune.

  13. 13

    Then gatte dale 5 mint bhune than pani dale jisme besan boli tha or pakayein 10 mint gas band karein garam masala dale or prose.
