It's my friend recipe.. From Yuliana Satriana at LangsungEnak group.. :)
Cooking Instructions

Pell the potatoes, slice to your desired thickness.

Wash the potatoes 5 times until the water becomes clear.

Boil water, add chopped garlic and salt.

Add the potatoes into the boiling water for 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes well.

Roll it into cornstarch, and let it stand for a while.

You can save the potatoes in freezer for a long time. Or you want to fry it right now, that is no problem!

Add oil and heat your fryer up.

Fry the potatoes until it have turned golden brown.
