Cooking Instructions

Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic clove.

Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper and place in a small bowl.

Pour half of the lemon mixture over chicken and leave on counter to marinate 30 minutes.

Preheat grill pan. When hot, grill chicken until done, about 4 - 7 minutes a side, depending on thickness. Baste with reserved lemon mixture while grilling.
