1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cupcreamy peanut butter
1/2 cupunsalted butter
1egg
1 1/2 cupflour
3/4 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspbaking powder
36Hershey 's chocolate kisses candy, unwrapped
additional granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Beat sugar, brown sugar, egg, peanut butter and butter until well blended.

Stir in flour, baking soda, and baking powder, until a dough forms.

Shape dough into balls, roll in granulated sugar, and place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.

Place 1 candy into center of each cookie while still hot. Cool cookies on wire rack.
