Ingredients

  1. 1cauliflower
  2. 2-3potatoes
  3. 1 bowlgreen peas
  4. 2onions
  5. 5-6garlic
  6. 1 pieceginger
  7. 2-3green chilli
  8. 2tomatoes puree
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1 spoonkasoori methi
  14. Chopped coriander
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 3-4 spoonmustard oil
  17. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  18. 1/2 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cauliflower and potatoes in big pieces and fry them till light golden in color

  2. 2

    Heat oil till smoky and add asafoetida and cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Now add chopped onions and fry a little

  4. 4

    Now make a paste of ginger garlic and green chilli and add in the frief onions

  5. 5

    When it is saute add tomato puree and all the dry masala

  6. 6

    Cook till it leaves oil

  7. 7

    Now add the fried vegetables and peas mix it well

  8. 8

    Add salt kasoori methi and 1 cup water and close the lud and put the flame to low and let it cook till the vegetables are completely done

  9. 9

    Off the gas take it out in a serving bowl add chopped coriander and serve it hot with parathas
