Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlvermicelli
  2. 1-2onions
  3. 1potato
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 4-5garlic cloves
  6. 1/2 tbspchopped ginger
  7. 2chopped green chilli
  8. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 tbspajwain
  12. 1 tbsplemon juice
  13. 2-3 tbspchopped green coriander
  14. To tastesalt
  15. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok and roast the vermicelli.. Add water and boiled the vermicelli.

    When soft the vermicelli,drain the water and keep aside.

    Now heat oil in a wok add ajwain when crackle add chopped onion and saute till light change in colour.

  4. 4

    Now add potato mix well,cover and cook till soft the potato.

  5. 5

    Now add chopped tomatoes,garlic,ginger paste,green chilli and spices and mix well,saute till leave the oil in masala.

    Add boiled vermicelli mix well.

  7. 7

    Add lemon juice.

  8. 8

    Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
