Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1 teaspoonyeast
  3. 2tablespoons sugar
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 2 cupswarm water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients together

    Add water knead the dough until well combined

  3. 3

    Leave to rise in the sun

  4. 4

    Knead dough again put in a plastic bag to rise again

  5. 5

    In a large pot pour 2 litres of water or more leave to boil then place the plastic with the dough in and boil for 2 hours
