Malpua Malpua
In Bihar, there's a saying: "Holi wa pua kha," meaning malpua is the main dish for Holi. These days, we often buy a variety of sweets and snacks from the market for festivals, but celebrations feel incomplete without traditional dishes. That's why I always make malpua for Holi, and both my family and guests enjoy it. I hope you try my recipe and share malpua with your loved ones. ~Sushma Mishra Home ChefTranslated from Cookpad India -
