Ingredients

  1. 400 gsafed til
  2. 1/2 kgjaggery (chikkicha Gul)
  3. 1/2 kgpeanuts
  4. 100 gchana dal
  5. 1 tspCardmom powder
  6. As neededGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Clean safed til carefully and roast on medium flame continuesly.

    Roast peanuts and crush as per your like.

    Roast chana Dal.

  4. 4

    Mix all three ingredients and set aside.

    Grate the jaggery and set aside

  6. 6

    In a big kadai add 1tsp ghee. Add grated jaggery and keep on stirring.

    In a small cup take water to check jaggery consistency.

    When the jaggery melts and foam started coming up slow down the flame. Add few drops of melted jaggery in water. Check with your hands If a soft ball forms pal is done.

    Add Cardmom powder mix well. Add the mixture of til peanuts and val to it. Keep on stirring. Mix all well. Remove from flame.

    Pour in a plate which is already greased with little ghee.

    Now roll the mixture in a ladoo shape with hands. Apply ghee to your palms before rolling.
