Ingredients

  1. 500 gmcrushed jaggery (gur)
  2. 500 gmpeanuts
  3. 2 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Roast peanuts in a pan. Once cooled rub with your hands & remove it's peels. Rub & crush them by pressing your hands.

    Heat 1 tsp ghee in kadai. Add jaggery. Saute until 2 thread consistency chasni. Add peanuts. Mix well

  3. 3

    Turn off gas. Apply Ghee on kitchen slab. Transfer jaggery & peanuts mixture on it. Combine it. Then flatten with roller pin as thin as possible.

    Cut in desired pieces. Once cooled store it in air tight container.
