Cooking Instructions

Firstly, take a bowl and add besan, semolina, hing, turmeric powder, ginger - chilli paste and salt.
and mix well with a help of whisk. now add yogurt, oil, little by little water and mix thoroughly.
Make dosa batter consistency. - 2
Add 3 tbsp lime juice,
also add baking soda, baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Now grease the tray or tiffin box with oil. - 3
Then, immediately pour the mixture into the tray.
finally, place it in the steamer and steam for 10-15 mins. - 4
Tempering the dhokla:-
firstly, heat oil in the pan and add mustard seeds chopped green chillies and curry leaves &
Then add sugar, little water, salt and boil it until the sugar dissolves and switch of the flame. - 5
Now add lime juice and pour this mixture on the steamed dhokla.
Transfer it into a plate.

Now garnish with coriander leaves.
finally enjoy it with green, tamarind chutney & tea. Enjoy!!!
