Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsCurd
  2. 50 gmsHomemade Besan Boondi (1/2 small bowl)
  3. 1/4 tspCiba Raita Masala
  4. 1/4 tspCiba Chatkari Chat Masala
  5. 1/2 tea spoon Roasted Cumin seeds (powdered)
  6. 1/4 tea spoonSalt
  7. PinchBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

10-15 mins.

    Soak the besan boondi for 5 minutes into the water and then strain the water with the strainer

    Whisk the curd in the mixer and mix boondi into it. Add salt, black pepper and cumin seeds to it. Mix all the ingredients well.

    Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder,Ciba Raita Masala & Ciba Chatkari Masala.

    Ready to serve now.
